Please don’t book a class if you don’t agree with any part of these terms. Pilates Precision may change, update or reissue these terms at any time; changes will be published on this website.

1. Cancellations

To cancel a group class booking, let us know at least 4 hours before the class starts.
If you cancel within 4 hours or don’t attend, a $15 cancellation fee applies. You’ll receive an invoice by email.
If you rebook and attend a class within 24 hours of cancelling, the fee may be waived.
We encourage at least 6 hours’ notice, so someone else can take your spot.
Private training needs 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

2. Memberships

Unlimited memberships

Every membership includes unlimited reformer and mat classes each week. Puppy Pilates and private training are not included.
Memberships are paid by weekly direct debit and renew automatically each week.
No lock-in: cancel with 2 weeks’ notice.
6-month agreement (26 weeks) and 12-month agreement (52 weeks): if you cancel before the agreement ends, the remaining weeks are payable.
Every membership has a 48-hour cooling-off period after you sign up.

Pausing

You can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks a year. Pausing doesn’t restart your agreement.
Your membership agreement sets out the full terms when you sign up.

3. Class passes

10-class pass, $320: 10 classes to use within 12 weeks of purchase. Full payment is due at purchase.
Classes not used by the expiry date expire, and no refund or transfer is given.
The sale of class passes is final.

4. 30-Day Reformer Kickstart

For new and returning clients, one per person. Not for current members.
Unlimited timetable classes for 30 days from your first class. Private training and Puppy Pilates aren’t included.
Our promise: come to 8 classes, and if you don’t feel stronger, we’ll refund you in full. Full details when you sign up.
The “worth $527” value is 12 classes at the $39 casual price, assuming 3 sessions a week ($468), a friend’s class ($39) and grip socks ($20).

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase.
Vouchers can’t be exchanged for cash.

6. Timetable

Classes on the published timetable may change or be cancelled without notice.
We may cancel a group class if fewer than 4 people are booked. If this happens, we’ll get in touch to arrange another class.

7. Your health

Tell your instructor about any injury, condition or pregnancy before class.
If you’re under care for an injury or condition, check with your health professional before starting.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
