Beginners
A class designed to introduce newcomers to the principles of Pilates. Focus on posture, breathing, body awareness and developing very good exercise technique.


Basic

A class for participants who have comfortably completed the Beginners Course and are looking for further challenge.


Intermediate

A more advanced mat work program for the confident Pilates participant who has developed good body awareness. Enjoy the challenge and exercise variety. Emerge exhilarated and refreshed!

 

Ball & Floor
Utilizing your "fit ball", discover a new dimension to your Pilates work-out. The ball exercises are quite challenging and enable you to work deeper stabilization muscles and deliver better toning results. Bring your own ball. Quality balls available for purchase ($65).
